Hello everyone
Tangerine is back!!!:D
Today I am going to tell you about a Japanese candy called Puccho
Puccho is a very soft chewy gum that dissolves in your mouth
Also,if you want, you candy treat it like a Jolly Rancher and suck on it.
This makes a really great treat especially when there are flavored like orange, soda, grape, lemon, yogurt, blue cream soda (ramune),blueberry, cherry, peach, mango, melon soda, pineapple, and even more to name. But for now that will have to do.
You can get these at any Asian market around you.
I really recommend this. It is fun to eat and he flavored
are outstanding.
Thank you for reading and please don’t forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel.

P.S. My favorite flavor is peach.

Anyone up for candy sushi?
Anyone up for candy sushi? And not the one that looks like candy, the one that looks like sushi!
Who makes it and where can you buy it?
Kracie , of course. And you can buy it off of tastisugar.storenvy.com .
What sushi does it make?
It makes fish eggs on rice with seaweed, and fish on top of rice.
How do you make it?
Now, that will be in full description.
1. Wash your hands!
2. Take the water dropper, and fill it up to the fill line in the big compartment. Then, pour in the contents of the big, blue packet and mix slowly and well.
3. Take the rice out of the tray and place it on the place mat. Then, make little ovals for the sushi. And, leave the ovals on the place mat.
4.Now take the water dropper and fill up the fill lines in both fish trays. Then, take the pink and yellow packet and pour each packet’s contents into each compartment.Stir, and leave it in there while your making the fish eggs.
5.Now take the water dropper and fill the water up to the fill line in the compartment with the letter A in it.
Then, take the packet with the letter A on it and pour it into the A compartment. Mix slowly until the water turns slightly blue.
6. Now take the water dropper and fill it up to the fill line in the compartment with a B in it. Then, take the packet with a B on it and mix it with the water in compartment B. Mix it together until liquid like.
7. Take the water dropper and fill it up with the orange liquid and drop small drops into the blueish water.
8. Now, you can take out the red and yellow fish and start assembling your sushi with fish.
9. When you have finished assembling your other sushi, you can take the seaweed (black candy clay) you can use the back of the place mat and stretch out your seaweed, then wrap it around the rice. And, you can put the finished fish eggs on the top of the rice.
10.Now if you kit comes with sprinkles, you can sprinkle them on top now. But,if your kit comes with a brown packet, that is not the sprinkles! That is the packet to make the soy sauce!
Now, to make the soy sauce, take the water dropper and fill water up to the fill line in the compartment above the fish’s compartment.
Then, slowly mix in the contents of the brown packet, then you have your soy sauce to dip your sushi in!

Panda Dango
What is Panda Dango?
Panda dango is like a lollipop but instead of hard candy on a stick, its more like rice balls that look like a panda on a stick.
Who makes the Panda dango kit?
Its another famous kit by Kracie
Where can you buy this kit?
tastisugar.storenvy.com
How do you make it?
Now that question I can answer fully.
1.Wash your hands!
2.Take the packet with the 1 on it and pour it into the tray. Take 3 spoonfuls (with the spoon they give you) of water and mix with the contents.
3. Take the dough out an roll it into a ball. Cut the ball in half, then roll the halves into balls.
4.Now take packet number 2 and mix it in the tray with 1 scoop of water( with the water scoop that you break off the tray)
5.Now make another ball, cut it in two,and make the halves into smaller balls.
6.Now, using the two small black balls, make the nose, ears, eyes, and mouth using the back of the bag. Also, you can make the paws using the back of the bag or you can make them however you want. But you need 4 of them.
7.Time to assemble your panda! Take one of the white balls and put them on the stick. Then, put on the 4 paws( 1 one each curve as shown on the bag). Then, take the last white ball (on top of the body) and put on the eyes, nose, mouth and ears. There is your panda, but there is a surprise, a caramel sauce with it!
8.Take packet number 3 and mix it with two scoops of water ( with the scoop)and mix it together slowly in the tray.
9. Then take your panda dango and dip it in the sauce
10. And enjoy!
I also have a video of me making the panda dango on Youtube, just look for the user name Tasti Sugar

Konpeito
You might ask your self what konpeito is, but no need to do that because I am going to tell you about it.
Konpeito actually came from Portugal and came to Japan in the 16th century!
In 1569, konpeito came to Japan along with Luis Frois ( a Portuguese missionary) .
Luis (and the konpeito) went to Oda Nobanaga . Actually, he did not come to sell his candy, he came in order to get a permit for mission work of Christianity.
Now lets talk about just the candy for now.
First of all, sugar was very rare and expensive back in the 16th century, so they made konpeito very rarely. But now, it seems really popular and common!
Now I want to tell you how they make this stuff. When I read it , it made me want to find the recipe! But, no luck. Konpeito is made by ladling sugar syrup over and over again over a lot of coarse sugar cores.
Here’s a fun fact: These little Japanese rock candy balls ( konpeito) used to have a seed in the middle. But then they got rid of the seeds and made them just candy.
Do you want to see a picture of the konpeito? Here it is!!!!

How to make an Edible Peppermint Plate
How to make an Edible Peppermint Plate
First you need to buy a lot of peppermints either green, red,or both colors
Second you preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Next you line a pan with parchment paper
Then you take your colored peppermints and make any plate shape you like, but keep each mint a distance apart.
Like This:
Design any thing you like. You can even make smaller plates or ornaments.
Our plates took between 5-10 minutes to melt. It is a good idea to keep a watch through the oven door. They are best to remove when you just see that they melted..
(Overcooking the plates can cause them to distort a little.) You will see this below on our Christmas tree.. (It stayed in 2 minutes too long)
BE VERY CAREFUL…..THEY ARE VERY HOT AND CAN BURN YOU……..HAVE AN ADULT REMOVE THEM FROM THE OVEN…….KEEP ON A COOLING RACK UNTIL READY TO BE REMOVED FROM THE PARCHMENT PAPER…………………………….
Here are a few pictures of our finished plates…We will be making cake pops and wrapping individually for all the teachers, bus drivers & monitors for holiday gifts..
Fun to do!!! Thoughtful & Yummy!! My favorite part was spending time with my mom making the plates and eating the peppermints while doing it!!!! LOL
